Return Policy
At Alice Design Store, we pour our heart and soul into every piece we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Personalized Items (Important): Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items (items featuring names, dates, photos, or specific designs requested by you), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please carefully check the spelling and details of your order before submitting it.
2. Returns of Non-Personalized Items: For generic (non-personalized) items, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging.
3. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
How to report: Send us an email at alicedesign@alicedesignstore.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our error: If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs.
