Shipping Policy
Discover shipping times and rates for Alice Design Store.
Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more (United States). Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.99, and Express shipping is available for $15. Every order includes a tracking number.
1. Processing (Production) Time: Since our products are handmade to order, we need time to create them with the care they deserve.
Standard production time: 3 to 7 business days. (This is the time required to design, manufacture, and package your order before handing it over to the carrier.) Personalized items may take the full 7 days, especially during holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery times depend on the carrier (usually USPS or UPS):

United States, Standard Shipping: $5.99 — free on orders of $35+ — 3–7 business days.

United States, Express Shipping: $15 — 2–4 business days.
Total time to receive your order = production time + shipping time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Note: We make every effort to meet these estimates, but we cannot guarantee them due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, holiday seasons).
3. Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
4. Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Alice Design Store is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
