Shipping Policy

1. Processing (Production) Time: Since our products are handmade to order, we need time to create them with the care they deserve.

Standard production time: 3 to 5 business days. (This is the time required to design, manufacture, and package your order before handing it over to the carrier).

2. Estimated Shipping Times: Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery times depend on the carrier (usually USPS or UPS):

United States (Standard): 3–7 business days.
United States (Priority): 2–4 business days.
Note: We make every effort to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather conditions, holiday seasons).

3. Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

4. Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Alice Design Store is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
